Dressings are really easy to make so I didn't take photos of a step by step process on how to make it. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 (10 ounce) jar seedless raspberry jam
- Combine the olive oil, rice vinegar and raspberry jam in the container of a blender. Process until smooth. Taste your dressing and check if it still needs more sugar. I personally like my dressing to be on the sour side. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
My salad (photographed above) consists of iceberg lettuce, slices of mango, walnut pieces, and shredded crab sticks. I topped it with fresh parmesan cheese shredded with a peeler.
